House Rules & Information
Damit Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in unserer Ferienwohnung entspannt und angenehm genießen können, bitten wir Sie, folgende Hinweise zu beachten:
Access & Safety
- Access is via a chip at the entrance gate and at the apartment door downstairs.
- Please always keep the house key with you. If lost, it must be replaced.
- Always close windows, doors, and awnings when leaving the apartment.
General Information
- Non‑smoking apartment – smoking only on the terrace
- No pets
- Tap water on the island is not ideal for drinking – please use bottled water
- Please respect quiet hours – nobody likes noise disturbances
- Turn off appliances and lights when not in use
Waste & Cleanliness
- Please collect all waste only in the kitchen bins
- Dispose of rubbish daily in the containers above the underground car park exit to avoid unwanted visitors
- Do not dispose of any items in toilets or drains
Inventory & Use
- Please handle furniture and inventory with care. Report any damage briefly.
- The grill may only be used on the outside terrace (kitchen side).
Underground Parking & Storage Room
- Parking space in the underground garage available upon request.
